Dancing On Ice Update: Sheffield Ships Out!

This week saw all the skaters, male and female take to the ice and it’s clear to see some are taking the competition very seriously indeed. Despite her physical set back, Heather Mills is rising to the challenge with gusto, attempting tricky lifts and skating with abandon which has earned her praise from the judges. Someone who wasn’t so lucky was poor Tana Ramsay. After her performance with partner Stuart, Mr. Nasty himself judge Jason Gardiner said she had “the sensuality of a frigid school mistress!” Having never skated or performed for that matter, Tana explained this isn’t something that comes naturally to her, yet if she stayed in the competition she was willing to give it her all. Luckily she lived to skate another week, but Jason had better be careful and make sure he doesn’t run in a certain Mr. Ramsay in the Dancing On Ice studios. The top chef said, “I’d like to get him [Jason] in the kitchen for an hour and grill him…big style!”

Kieron Richardson and partner Brianne were sparkling visions in white on the ice rink and the Hollyoaks star continued to show everyone how much his amazing skating skills are improving week by week.

Hayley Tamaddon still remains firmly at the top of the scoreboard with 19.5 points but Mikey Graham is creeping up and is just a point behind. The judges applauded his graceful performance this week and even though he skated in green, it turned out not to be a cursed colour for him!

Jeremy’s ballet training didn’t help his skating much as he found himself and partner Susie Lipanova along with Sharron and partner Pavel in the bottom two, which meant they faced the dreaded Skate Off. Despite some harsh comments from the judges on her lines and technique, Sharron managed to survive and so it was Jeremy who became the third contestant to be voted off this series.
