The X Factor Is Back!
It’s time to face the music!
X Factor is back and bigger than ever! For the first time in its history, contestants hoping for their chance at superstardom will be auditioning not just for the judges, but for a massive audience that will themselves act as the fifth judge!
Poor guys, as if they aren’t under enough pressure! One thing’s for sure though, they’re going to have to bring everything they’ve got. Danni, Louis, Cheryl and of course Simon will be scrutinising every last detail of each act - good just doesn’t cut it this year…this is the search for the X Factor after all!
Don’t think that the X Factor goodness is over when the show finishes however. As soon as the credits roll, head on over to ITV2 to see Holly delve deep behind the scenes of the biggest show in UK television with unseen footage of the auditions, interviews with the judges and chats with the best and worst contestants of the first show of the series!
Tune in tomorrow night from 7pm on ITV 1 for the X Factor and 8:30pm on ITV2 for the Xtra Factor!

Holly, I watched X Factor and Xtra Factor last night and the whole time that i was watching Xtra Factor, I was thinking “Holly is the craziest, maddest, funniest, coolest woman/mum on the planet. She’s incredible, hilarious and I love her!”
You made me laugh so much, especially when you had to get Simon a banana and you woke up a complete mess, and by the time you got to the studio, you were still a mess!
When it said you were going to axe Presentiators I was shouting “NO! NO! THEY CAN’T DO THAT!” but then it came back so I was happy
Made me laugh when the balloon popped in your face and you screamed.
